Every year, The Salvation Army Austin serves more than 12,500 men, women, and children in Central Texas. As the largest nonprofit provider of shelter and support services in Central Texas, we implement a comprehensive approach to homelessness providing a safe place to sleep, daily meals, housing-focused case management, rental and utility assistance, therapy, childcare, and more on-site services. Other local programs include The Salvation Army Williamson County Service Center (preventing homelessness in Williamson County), Angel Tree Christmas Assistance Program, Emergency Disaster Services, and Adult Rehabilitation funded by three Family Stores. All funds raised will be used to support families in need this season.
